Existing customer in the consultancy and project delivery sector expands Tiger system by a further 11,000 extensions. Expansion includes North and South American telephony on Cisco UCM platforms.
UK Publishing company choose Tiger to monitor 1,000 extensions on CUCM, includes Active Directory integration for automated updates to assist with cross charging.
